The agreement resolves patent litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Civil Action No: 6:09-cv-00097-LED, related to U.S. Patent No. 6,163,776. The company also said that its subsidiary Light Transformation Technologies LLC has entered into a settlement and license agreement with Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V. The agreement resolves patent litigation, Civil Action Case No. 2:09-cv-00357, pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. In addition, the company announced that its subsidiary Light Transformation Technologies LLC has entered into a settlement and license agreement with Dialight Corporation. This agreement resolves patent litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
