BJ's Wholesale Club Spikes On Buyout Rumor


Shares of BJ's Wholesale Club Inc. (NYSE: BJ) soared more than 10% on Wednesday after the New York Post reported that the warehouse retailer is close to hiring an adviser to explore strategic alternatives, including a possible sale to a private-equity firm.
